Rick Egidius works with startups and scale-ups, helping teams uncover the identity behind their brand and translate that clarity into design. His work moves between strategy and execution — shaping brands through identity, UX and the systems and campaigns that bring a brand to life across digital and physical touchpoints.
His perspective on design was shaped through years of conceptual work in the music industry, collaborating with artists and major record labels. During that time, his conceptual projects travelled widely through the music landscape and were featured by Complex, Konbini, 3FM and BNNVARA.
Today that cultural perspective continues to shape how he approaches brands: as narratives moving through culture, rhythm and visual language.
